About Sira

From a very young age, Sira Garcías has held a passionate interest in Eastern philosophies and religion. She has always been fascinated by alternative remedies, natural medicine, and practices that promote physical and mental wellbeing — including yoga, meditation, sound, and dietary research.

This lifelong curiosity eventually led her to move from her native Barcelona to London, where she has lived for over a decade. She chose the UK to study alternative medicine with respected and knowledgeable teachers, continuing her parallel path as a musician and composer.

She specialises in Reiki and Chi Energy, gaining rich hands-on experience in several clinics across Central and East London, including the Natural Healing Centre in Aldgate, Westminster, Kings Cross TCM & Herbal Centre, and other established health centres throughout the city.

Her work has supported clients with a wide range of conditions — from emotional imbalance, anxiety, stress and chronic fatigue, to fertility, physical tension, and neurological conditions. Many clients simply seek her treatments to feel lighter, aligned and more connected to their true selves.

Sira Alternative Medicine opened its doors in February 2015, and over the years her method has evolved into a unique system integrating Reiki, Chi energy, Chinese Medicine, reflexology principles, intuitive healing, crystal work, sound, and chakra balancing. She formulated and formalised her own method in 2014, initially calling it Chakra massage or Reikichi. Over time, this evolved into what is now known as the Sira Treatment or Chakra Energy Essence, based on the energy identity and essence of each person.

Sira has not yet taught her method formally; however as more practitioners attempt to understand or mirror aspects of her work, She is now writing both a book and a professional manual.

Chinese Medicine is a demanding and intricate field, and her intention is to develop an advanced course exclusively for qualified practitioners, ensuring that her material is studied deeply and transmitted with accuracy, respect and integrity.

She is worldly and speaks several languages including Catalan, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and English. Music continues to be one of her greatest passions.

Sira has collaborated with recognised platforms including Treatwell, Groupon, Airbnb, and has been featured by ASMR Beauty on YouTube as well as visited by known and lesser-known personalities, including a television programme speaking about her treatment.

She continues her private research and development of her treatment method (2014–2025), now fully defined.
