CHAKRA ENERGY TREATMENT

Sira Garcías formulated and created a unique treatment in 2014.

This method combines chakra balancing, acupressure points, Chi energy work and intuitive energetic assessment. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge of the chakra system and recently named her method “Chakra Energy Essence” — or simply The Sira Treatment — a practice focused on identity, essence and energetic balance.

Sira holds a Reiki Master/Teacher Diploma (The Usui System of Natural Healing, 2006), trained by Dr. Jenny Fitzgerald.

Her Music and Sound Therapy courses were completed at City Lit College.

She trained in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Acupressure, Tuina, Chi Energy and Reflexology) at the UK Academy of Chinese Medicine in association with Hunan University, completed under Professor Engin Can (2014), with additional training in associated Chinese medicine centres.

She is an Honorary Certificate Holder of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (April 2015).

Her Chinese Herbal Medicine Formula Certificate was completed in 2019.

She also holds a Trauma Recovery Certificate from the American Hypnosis Association (2017) and a Certificate in Intuitive and Energy Healing (2019).

Most recently, she completed an Astrobiology programme with the University of Arizona (Professor Chris Impey).
